Nestled in the pristine hills of Nuwakot District, Northern Nepal, our coffee grows at elevations of 800m to 1600m. Beneath the shade of native trees and nurtured by a perfect mountain climate (15°C – 25°C), our organic coffee develops a pure, rich, and unmistakable mountain flavor.

From harvest to roast, every stage is handled with intention. Only the finest cherries are selected, processed with care, and roasted in precise conditions that unlock their unique, balanced profile.

ORGANIC & SUSTAINABLE

High in the misty hills of Nuwakot, our journey starts in carefully nurtured coffee gardens. Each plant is grown with patience, care, and respect for nature. Bathed in sunlight and cooled by mountain air, the cherries slowly ripen to their perfect shade of deep red. Not every cherry makes the cut. Our farmers handpick only the ripest, richest red cherries to ensure unmatched flavor and aroma. This careful selection preserves the sweetness and character of each bean.

CAREFUL HAND-PICKING

After harvesting, the beans are carefully roasted in small batches. Roasting unlocks the unique personality of each bean — from bold and intense to smooth and chocolatey. Timing, temperature, and technique combine to create a balanced flavor profile. Each bean is hand-picked with the support of local farmers, ensuring only the finest, fully ripe cherries make the cut. We use traditional wet processing methods, followed by natural drying, to unlock their unique, balanced profile.
